Teresa's Childhood Memories
When I was little I had tons of great adventures in my wooden outdoor playhouse and I remember staying in there until the sun went down. I also loved when my mom would line up my kid's chairs so I could play "pretend train" for hours!
Her Love for People Makes Her a Great Customer Service Director!
Teresa loves her job as Director of Customer Service because she simply loves people and enjoys making a difference in their lives. As a single mom of a teenage daughter, Teresa has learned the importance of providing help where it's needed. She carries this admirable quality into her job, by providing outstanding assistance to the Customer Service Team, as well as lending a hand to any customers who need her help. Teresa's dedication to her team and to our customers is why we've achieved our goal of 100% Customer Satisfaction year after year.
Kym's Childhood Memories
As a child I always shared a room with a sibling and always had a bunk bed. That bed was much more than just a place where I slept. It was inspiration for tons of pretend games. My brother and I used to play bank, with one person on the top bunk and other person below, using the space between top rail and the bed as a drive through window for play money exchanges. It was so much fun!
She's Great at Her Job Because of Her Desire to Provide Quality Service and to Overcome Every Challenge
Kym is a get-things-done kind of woman and that's obvious by her top rate customer service team lead accomplishments. She's determined to meet every challenge head on and ensures that customers get what they need, from start to finish, by working with the Customer Service Reps and Manufacturers. Kym is a mother of three children who have totally different personalities and styles, so she understands the challenges parents face when trying to get kid's furniture and accessories to meet all of their children's needs. Because of her parenting experience, she's able to ensure parents find exactly what they need and then works behind the scenes to see that they get it when they need it.
Linsie's Childhood Memories
When thinking back, it's really amazing at how much a bunk bed had to do with me and my older sister bonding through the years. We shared a room and a bunk bed, me on the top bunk and her on the bottom. The lower bunk was movable and could be rolled out from under the top bunk, leaving an open space below. We used to spend hours creating forts by hanging blankets off the rails and would hold our own private tea parties in our special fort. I can't wait to buy something similar for my kids, when they are old enough. It is going to be so much fun!
Her Gift of Gab and Creative Thinking Skills Make her a Top Rate CS Rep
Linsie loves to talk to people and has tons of fun when sharing ideas with customers to help them find items that their children will enjoy. She's also a problem solver at heart and enjoys the challenge of answering any type of question that arises. Her experience as a parent of a 2.5 year old and 17 month old has taught her that every problem, large or small, should be handled respectfully and that communication and creativity is the key to forming quality relationships. That's why she makes sure to tap into her creative side and her gift of gab when talking with customers to ensure that every customer has a positive shopping experience with our company.
Alisha's Childhood Memories
I remember having tons of fun with my friends while we lounged on my kid's size lounger and chatted up a storm, and I also really enjoying having tea parties at my kid's table and chair set. I felt very special having furniture that was just for me!
Her Compassion and Love for Helping People Makes her Super at her Job
Alisha has compassion for customers because she loves to shop and knows how great it is when you can find what you want, when you want it. She also really enjoys helping people, so this job is just right for her. As a mom of a 2 year old daughter and 6 year old step-son, Alisha also understands what toddlers and young children need, so she combines her knowledge of kid's furniture, along with her life experiences and compassion for shoppers to create a positive experience for every customer she talks with.
