The furniture itself is very nice. I have ordered two dressers and a bed from here but twice i have had to have replacement parts. On the bed one of the main pieces of wood was snapped in half and one of the dressers the top of the dresser was also snapped in half. Plus the dresser was missing a knob. The wood was replaced quickly both times which is great but the knob I had to order twice to finally get it. So all in all I love the furniture and the customer service is quick and helpful, but the shipping needs help.
